POLICIES

*Wholesale customers agree to the policies stated in our wholesale catalog*


Guarantee
We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will replace the product at our expense. If you receive a damaged item, please email a photo, your name and the order# to hello@wisconscandlecompany.com and we'll get a replacement shipped out right away.


Returns 
You may return unopened/unused items, with the exception of bath and body products, for store credit within 14 days of the shipment date. Custom orders are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and return ID# (obtained by calling or emailing us prior to return). You will need to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost, broken or misdirected returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

**Wholesale Customers**

Guarantee
We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will replace the product at our expense. If you receive a damaged item, please email a photo, your name and the order# to hello@wisconscandlecompany.com  within 48 hours and we'll get a replacement shipped out right away.


Returns

We guarantee all our products and will gladly replace any broken or defective products at our expense. If you wish to return an order for any other reason, it must be done within 10 days of receipt. Reseller must call customer service to obtain a return ID#. No returns will be refunded without prior authorization. Reseller is responsible for return shipping fees. All returned, exchanged, cancelled, refused or undeliverable orders will incur at 25% restocking fee. Once a PO is received, it cannot be cancelled without incurring this fee.


Resale

Resellers may sell Wisconsin Candle Co. products on their own websites. No reseller has permission to sell Eco Candle Co. products on Amazon.com storefronts, online auction sites such as eBay or other third party websites.
