Wholesale customers are subject to the policies stated in our current wholesale catalog and wholesale terms.

We want your Wisconsin Candle Company products to arrive in excellent condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@wisconsincandlecompany.com with your name, order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Unopened and unused products may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery, with the exception of bath and body products and custom items.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Soap and bath & body products
• Custom or personalized products
• Used or opened products

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Before returning an item, please contact us at info@wisconsincandlecompany.com to receive return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and securely packaging your return. Wisconsin Candle Company is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged or misdirected.
